WHAT IS NATIONAL NIGHT OUT? NNO takes place annually on the first Tuesday of August. It is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
The LAPD Pacific Area celebrates each year in different locations within the area. This year is Mar Vista. Last year was Del Rey. Previous years were Westchester, Playa Vista & Venice.
Stay tuned for our 2026 location!!
